Mountain Biking

Mountain biking is a great way to explore the Australian bush, and is a good form of exercise whilst having fun exploring the natural environment. Whether you are a group of beginners or passionate about mountain biking, Glenworth Valley offers an exciting and rewarding day for groups.

Explore a diverse and interesting range of natural environments with over 3000 acres for you to discover; from private trails, lush green valleys and ancient rainforest areas through to tall trees and impressive rock formations. Experience natural rock pools in the upper reaches of the valley or follow Popran Creek as it meanders its way down the valley towards the magnificent Hawkesbury River.

Our mountain bike tours are great fun for family and friends, group outings for social organisations and corporate team building activities. We also provide outdoor education programs for school and community groups.

We offer a 2.5 hour guided mountain bike ride and riders are given instruction on how to control and manage the bike off-road on all terrain before starting out.
