Team Challenge
Glenworth Valley’s team challenge programs are a fun and interactive series of group activities that everyone can participate in. Many of our programs are run in a round-robin format with a series of fun challenges along the way. Each program is customised to suit your group’s requirements, whether you are looking for a fun day out with plenty of laughs or are more interested in achieving specific team building outcomes. We offer a flexible range of activities and formats to choose from and can even incorporate a variety of event themes.

The emphasis is always on using fun and enjoyment as a medium to encourage healthy communication, building relationships and cooperation. Our team challenge programs have been receiving rave reviews with numerous organisers and participants saying it was the best work day out they have ever had.

Our Team Challenge program is available either onsite at Glenworth Valley, in conjunction with our adventure activities or at most offsite locations such as at your accommodation venue, the nearest beach or even in your local park.

Team cattle muster
Looking for something different to offer your team? Glenworth Valley can arrange a team cattle muster which puts your team in the saddle to muster cattle through our scenic property. Each person will be allocated their own horse before being setting out with our experienced guides on a one hour trail ride to meet the herd of cattle. This period allows the horse and rider to get to know each other so that riders can feel comfortable mustering our herd of cattle back to the homestead, should they wish to participate. Those who prefer can sit back at the rear of the group and just accompany the group along while the more adventurous riders do all the work up at the front of the group.
No previous horse riding experience is necessary and we have horses suitable for all ability levels, with horses allocated according to each rider’s ability and requirements.
The team cattle muster is a rewarding day in the outdoors and is a unique team building experience. After your cattle muster, why not have your team trying their hand at boomerang throwing and whip cracking.

Horse management lectures and demonstrations
For something different, Glenworth Valley is also able to organise educational lectures and demonstrations on horse management with audience participation.

Camping
Extend your day out to enjoy all that Glenworth Valley has to offer with a night spent under the stars in our riverside camping ground. We can take the hassle out of camping with tent and equipment hire available and can even arrange to set up and pack down the tents for you. Catering
Enjoy a relaxed riverside DIY BBQ lunch or leave it to the professionals and have one of our preferred local caterers take care of your group with a gourmet BBQ, hot or cold buffet, sandwich platters, morning or afternoon tea platters or picnic packs. Local caterers can put together a catering and beverage package to suit your requirements.
