School Holiday Fun at Glenworth Valley

School holiday horse trail rides run every day of the holidays and are perfect for kids 7+ who are new to riding.  Our 90 minutes rides depart at 12noon Monday to Friday. Our rides are suitable for all levels of riders and there are half and full day horse riding camps also available. For little kids (under 7), lead pony rides are on offer, giving mum or dad the opportunity to lead a child on horseback around the pristine Glenworth Valley.

Our Adventure Max Camps are also running and combine laser skirmish and kayaking, plus the choice of quad biking, horse riding or abseiling. They cater for children 7-17 years and are a full day packed with fun.

Quad biking experiences for children 12+ and abseiling for children 7+ run daily and camping along Popran Creek at Glenworth Valley is a great way to spend the holidays in the great outdoors.

Laser Skirmish is popular too, with 3 hour sessions running throughout the school holidays.  Glenworth Valley's landscape provides the perfect backdrop for this harmless and fun game.  Teams try to eliminate their opponents by shooting an infra-red laser to a target on their helmet or weapon.  The first team to deactivate all members of the other team wins!

The Hour of Power school holiday Laser Skirmish special is also scheduled for Sunday 25th September and Sunday 2nd October

Back by popular demand!  The Glenworth Valley Cattle Drove offers an outstanding outdoor adventure as participants help move the cattle through scenic Glenworth Valley.  Ride through the creek if it's high tide!

A once-in-a-life-time activity, those who prefer can sit back at the rear of the group, while the more adventurous riders can work up front. 

Glenworth Valley has horses for all abilities.  This activity is available until April 2017.

The Drove runs for 3 hours and includes a BBQ held on the back veranda of the Glenworth Valley Homestead.
